Nature of Handmade Products
Our products are handmade and often made to order. As a result:
- Each item is unique and may show natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, and resin flow.
- Minor irregularities are a characteristic of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
- Product images on the website are for reference purposes only and may differ slightly from the final delivered product.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product arrives damaged during transit
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect
- An incorrect item is delivered
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items with natural variations in wood or resin
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or improper installation
- Items reported after the specified return window
Return Request Process
To initiate a return request:

Reverwood reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after inspection.
Replacement Policy

Refund Policy
Due to the handcrafted and custom nature of our products:
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Reverwood
Shipping Responsibility for Returns
- If the return is approved due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage, Reverwood may arrange or reimburse return shipping
- If the return is approved for any other valid reason, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before production begins
- Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after confirmation
Limitation of Liability
Reverwood shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential losses arising from delayed deliveries, color variations, or design expectations beyond what is stated in product descriptions.
